I have been working on several projects, but I would keep on forgetting to charge the camera, but today I decided to do a quick, super cheap and easy top.
I had some left overs from a fabric that I used to make a top for myself, so, I started looking for inspiration and ended up finding this cute top at J.Crew
And here is the tutorial
First cut a simple tshirt (I did one for 12 months, ´cause it was for my little daughter)
Then cut 1´ inch strips to make the ruffles
Sew all the ruffles to the front of the top. Sew the back and the front by sewing the shoulders together first and then the sides.
Then cut 2 rectangles 3´each one and sew them on the sides, then fold them and sew them to the buttom of the shirt .
Finish by sewing a strip to the neck and making a bow on the shoulder with the extra fabric
Constanza loves apples and her new shirt.
